Booking & Payment

Want to secure your luxurious retreat at Finn Village?

Simply navigate to our booking page HERE, check availability, and choose your desired unit.

Following this, you’ll be redirected to our secure payment portal, accepting most major debit and credit cards. For bookings, a deposit of 25% per unit is required.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Full payment is required upfront if you’re booking within 30 days of your stay. Should you stay with us for multiple weeks, enjoy automatic discounts.

Security Deposits ranging from £50 to £150 are required depending on accommodation type.

An authorisation will be placed on your card at the start of your booking, all or part of which may be collected by Finn Village to cover losses or damages incurred during your stay. If there are no problems, the funds will be released automatically after your stay. It may take up to 10 days for Your bank to transfer Your deposit; don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Inclusions in Your Stay

Your luxurious stay includes:

  • Bed Linen and blankets
  • Towels (One bath towel per guest and hand towel per bathroom)
  • Toilet Paper, Body Wash, Shampoo & Conditioner
  • Fully equipped kitchens
  • Dish soap and cleaning supplies
  • Kitchen tea towels, Tea, Sugar, Coffee, Ice
  • Coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery
  • Wine glasses
  • Complimentary chocolates or cookies on arrival
  • Starter packs of logs in stoves and fireplaces
  • Optional highchair & cot booking (Guests to provide cot linen)
  • Bowls for pet food and water and dog beds
  • Iron and ironing board

Child-Friendly Stays

Absolutely! Finn Village is a haven for young explorers. For added safety, we offer stove guards upon request. We also provide highchairs and cots based on availability. Don’t forget to check out our children’s play area, complete with swings.

Pet Policies

We warmly welcome our furry guests, fees apply.

Typically, two dogs per unit are permitted, however, we are happy to make exceptions.

We provide bowls for your pet, and dogs beds in the lounge outdoors, but please bring a bed for your pet or/and a blanket to protect the bedding.

If you forget your blanket – do not worry – you can hire/purchase a pet blanket in our shop.

Four seasons Hot Tubs & Gazebos

Enjoy a private soak in the hot tub with friends whatever the weather.

Our wooden gazebos in Glamping Pod, Mountain View and Raspberry Cottages, add a touch of privacy to your outdoor spa experience and allow you to enhance your alfresco dining experience all year round.

Decorated with fairy lights, our wooden gazebos are a fabulous social area and an enjoyable outdoor experience!

Hot Tub Packages

Wood burning Hot Tub in Sunset Glamping Pod is included in the booking price.

The Hot Tubs in Catterwood Cottage – Mountain View and Raspberry, are subject to additional fee:

  • £100 / 1 night
  • £175 / 2 nights
  • £250 / 3 nights
  • £325 / 4 nights
  • £400 / 5 nights
  • £450 / 6 nights
  • £500 / 7 nights

The use of Hot Tub in Cottages is subject to signing the Hot Tub Disclaimer.

On-Site Self-Service Shop

For the convenience of our guests, we have a self-service Honesty Shop on site where you will find all the essentials:

  • Firewood Logs and Kindling, Fire starters, matches and lighters
  • Hygiene products & Pain Killers
  • Drinks, Snacks & Ice Cream & Pizza
  • BBQ Marshmallows
  • Cereals & Milk / Coffee Pods & Tea
  • Kitchen Rolls
  • Pet blankets
  • Hot Tub Bathrobe & Towels Sets to hire

The shop is open 24 hours a day, and it operates on a self-service basis, relying on the honesty of our guests to record their purchases and leave money in the Honesty Box.
