Perfect location
Idyllic cottage in a beautiful location, with all the little details well thought through. Comfortable, with everything you need on hand, and friendly, helpful hosts. The jacuzzi, firepit and barbeque are the cherry on the top. I highly recommend a stay and hope to come back some day.

Where is Finn Village?
Welcome to Finn Village, a family-owned business offering pet-friendly accommodations located within a private estate, nestled in the rolling hills and countryside of Stirlingshire, in the heart of Scotland’s first National Park, Loch Lomond & The Trossachs.
Finn Village is conveniently located near iconic spots such as Loch Lomond, The Devil’s Pulpit, Glengoyne Distillery, and the Campsie Hills. It also provides quick access to the peaceful villages of Croftamie and Drymen, where you can find lovely cafes, pubs, and shops.
Some distances from our location are:
- Glasgow: 19 miles / 45 minutes’ drive
- Edinburgh: 63 miles / 1.5 hours’ drive
- Drymen: 3.2 miles / 8 minutes’ drive
- Devil’s Pulpit: 2.6 miles / 6 minutes’ drive
- Glengoyne Distillery: 5.2 miles / 10 minutes’ drive
Is Hot Tub Included in My Booking Price?
The cost of the hot tub is already included in the booking price for the Sunset Glamping Pod.
However, for all other accommodations, the hot tub package is optional and available at an additional fee. Here are the details:
- Mountain View Cottage has a private 9-seater jacuzzi available for £75/night.
- Raspberry Cottage has a private 6-seater jacuzzi available for £50/night.
- Loch Lomond Villa B&B has a shared 6-seater jacuzzi available for £35/night.
You can select the Hot Tub package during the booking process or add it later, but no later than 3 days before your stay.
Booking & Payment
To book your luxurious retreat at Finn Village, please click HERE and check the availability of your desired property.
Once you’ve selected your preferred property, you’ll be redirected to our booking system, Lodgify, and our secure payment portal. We accept most major debit and credit cards.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable in advance to secure a booking. The remaining balance of your payment is due 30 days before your arrival date.
If you’re booking within 30 days of your stay, the full payment is required upfront. If you stay with us for multiple weeks, you’ll receive automatic discounts.
The amount of the security deposit will depend on the type of accommodation you choose, ranging from £50 to £150. At the beginning of your booking, an authorization will be placed on your card. We may collect all or part of this deposit to cover any losses or damages that may occur during your stay.
If there are no issues, the funds will be released automatically after your stay. Your bank may take up to 10 days to transfer your deposit.

Child-Friendly Stays
Absolutely! Both cottages are perfect for young explorers, and we have a range of amenities to accommodate them.
We can provide highchairs and cots, subject to availability, and we offer complimentary cutlery and plates for kids. Additionally, the bathrooms are equipped with toddler toilet seats.
Don’t forget to check out our children’s play area, which features swings and trampolines for the little ones to enjoy.
For added safety, we can provide socket covers upon request.

Group Bookings
Finn Village has a total capacity of 21 guests across all 5 of our accommodations.
If you’re looking to book for a group, you can hire Mountain View Cottage and Raspberry Cottage as a whole unit, which can accommodate up to 14 guests. Both cottages have a back garden that can be connected as well.

The shop operates 24 hours a day, and it works on a self-service basis. We rely on the honesty of our guests to record their purchases and leave the correct amount of money in the Honesty Box provided. The shop is located in front of the reception, on the opposite side of the small roundabout.
Pet Policies
We warmly welcome our furry guests, fees apply.
Typically, three dogs per property are permitted, however, we are happy to make exceptions.
We provide bowls for your pet, and dog beds in the lounge outdoors, but please bring a bed for your pet or/and a blanket to protect the bedding.
If you forget your blanket – do not worry – you can hire/purchase a pet blanket in our shop.
